Collecting bugs!Who uses the trail?  Everyone!

Bikers, hikers, walkers, joggers, fishermen, bird-watchers, horseback-riders, cross-country skiers and nature-lovers of all ages,
to name a few. Our trail is a favorite spot for photographers. The trail is an important tourist attraction and visited by thousands annually. Groups often use the trail for
fundraising activities or just plain fun. 

If you have 35 or more persons in your group
you will need to apply for use of the trail.

Our Mission Statement
The mission statement of the Paint Creek Trailways Commission is to provide non-motorized users such as,
walkers, bicyclists, joggers, cross-country skiers and equestrians a safe and scenic recreational trail,
and to preserve the natural integrity of the right-of-way
for the enjoyment of future generations.
